Please let us know if you experience an issue with GROK software, discover code-level bugs or problems with GROK provided APIs, or come across errors or omissions in our developer documentation. Your input is critical in assisting us to improve the GROK experience for everyone.
To file a bug report issue:
Take screenshot or short video < 100mb of the issue
Describe the issue on how it occur, any url, and how to reproduce the issue.
Email the details to hello@grok.gd
We will respond to your report within 48 hours if it is valid, and bounty rewards might be applicable depending on the severity of the bug.
